Mornings 6:30-7:30am (Tuesday & Thursday) & 8:30-9:30am (Sat)
Afternoons 12:30-13:30pm (Tuesday and Thursday)
Evenings 18:30-19:30pm (Mon, Tues, Weds & Fri)
After submitting your application Tower Fitness will ask for a deposit of £30.00 which will be deducted from the overall cost on the first day of training.
